The challenge
Loopym set out to build a scheduling and operations product for pool-maintenance crews. The work needed to perform cleanly in the field — on mobile devices, with intermittent connectivity, and with workflows shaped around the realities of on-site service work.
They had deep domain expertise and needed an engineering team that could ship the product without the founder serving as the bottleneck on every decision.
What we did
We built a small dedicated team across mobile, backend, and fullstack development. Modern AI tooling is part of the workflow, supporting faster iteration and consistent code quality. Senior teammates review every significant change.
The team works with the founder directly on a regular cadence. New scope is scoped quickly, estimates returned within days, and delivery moves at a predictable rhythm.
What's underway
- A native-feeling mobile application for technicians on the job
- Backend systems for scheduling, dispatch, and routing
- A web administration interface for office staff
- AI-assisted features that reduce manual data entry across operations
Why it works
Loopym has a team that operates like internal hires — with the timezone overlap of an offshore arrangement and the seniority required to make considered product decisions. The same people stay engagement after engagement, building deep context with the product.
