We're intentionally small. The whole team fits around one Zoom call, and that's the way we like it. Less overhead, more craft.
Everyone here is a senior contributor with at least a decade of experience. We don't hire to grow headcount — we hire when a discipline genuinely needs more depth, and only when the right person walks in.
Async by default, but not anti-meeting. We do a weekly studio-wide critique, a weekly client checkpoint, and that's about it.
